Power & Charging Issues

Problem: Speaker won’t turn on or won’t charge
Quick Solution:

  • Ensure the AC power cable is securely connected to both the speaker and a working outlet.
  • Try a different outlet or cable if available.
  • If the battery doesn’t reach full charge within the expected time, unplug and allow it to cool before retrying.
  • Avoid charging in extreme temperatures (below 32°F or above 113°F).

Bluetooth Connection Problems

Problem: Unable to pair with a device
Quick Solution:

  • Press and hold the BT button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode (blue LED will flash).

  • If pairing fails, power cycle the speaker and try again.
  • For factory reset, press and hold the BT button for 8 seconds.

No Sound or Distorted Audio

Problem: Speaker is on but no sound or poor sound quality
Quick Solution:

  • Check volume level (range is 0–16; default is 8).
  • Ensure your device’s volume is turned up and not muted.
  • Try switching between Bluetooth and USB modes to isolate the issue.
  • If using mic/guitar inputs, adjust the gain knobs inside the waterproof compartment.

Problem: No sound from mic or guitar
Quick Solution:

  • Confirm cables are fully inserted into the ¼" input jacks.
  • Adjust the gain knobs inside the rear compartment.
  • Long press the X Bass/Mic Echo button to toggle echo effect on or off.

LED Lighting Not Responding

Problem: Lights won’t turn on or are stuck
Quick Solution:

  • Press the LED button to cycle through lighting modes.
  • Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn lighting off completely.
  • If lights are unresponsive, try a factory reset.

Multi-Link or TWS Pairing Issues

Problem: Speakers won’t sync in Multi-Link or TWS mode
Quick Solution:

  • Ensure all speakers are powered on and close together.
  • For Multi-Link: Short press the Multi-Link button on the master speaker.
  • For TWS: Long press the Multi-Link button on the primary speaker for 3 seconds.
  • If syncing fails, restart all speakers and retry setup.

USB Playback Not Working

Problem: USB drive not recognized or won’t play
Quick Solution:

  • Use a USB drive formatted to FAT32 or FAT16.
  • Supported file types: MP3, WAV (8–448 kbps).
  • Insert USB fully and select USB mode via your device or speaker controls.
