Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time for Shipments

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• During high-volume periods, there might be slight delays. We'll inform you via email or phone if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Shipping is free on every order.
• There is no minimum order value, and no oversize or overweight surcharge.
• What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery takes 4-6 business days.
• Heavier items such as subwoofers and full PA systems may take 4-8 business days.

Note: Shipping is limited to addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays may occur.

Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• All P.O. Box orders will be automatically canceled. 

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

• Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Gemini Sound is not responsible for customs, duties, or tax fees incurred during or after shipping. These are the customer's responsibility.

Damages

• Gemini Sound is not liable for damages or losses during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
