Step 1: Prepare Your Workspace

- Make sure the surface is soft or covered so you don’t scratch the speaker.
Step 2: Remove the Old Lanyard Fixture
-
Remove the silicone plug using tweezers.
Be gentle, and keep the silicone plug — you’ll need it again at the end.
- Use a small electric screwdriver to remove the screw holding the old lanyard connector in place.

Keep the screw safe — you’ll reuse it for the new part. - Carefully lift and remove the old fixture.

Step 3: Install the New Lanyard Fixture
- Place the new lanyard fixture where the old one was.

- Insert the original screw into the holes and tighten them with your electric screwdriver.

-
✅ Recommended torque: 1.0 ±0.2 KGF·CM
(If you're not sure how much force that is, just tighten snugly — not too loose, not over-tightened.) - Push the silicone plug back into place to seal everything up.

You’re Done!
Your SOSP-600’s lanyard fixture is now as good as new. You’re ready to clip it onto a backpack, carry it to the beach, or hang it poolside.
