Using Inputs, Lighting, and Audio Effects on Your SOSP-600 Speaker

The SOSP-600 is more than just a Bluetooth speaker—it’s equipped with mic and guitar inputs, customizable lighting modes, and audio enhancements like X Bass and microphone echo. This guide explains how to use these features and troubleshoot common issues.

Mic and Guitar Inputs

To use the mic/guitar inputs:

1. Open the waterproof compartment on the back of the speaker.
2. Plug your microphone or guitar into one of the ¼" input jacks.
3. Use the gain knobs to adjust input volume for each channel.

Troubleshooting tips:

• Make sure cables are fully inserted.
• If no sound is heard, increase the gain and check your source device.
• Long press the X Bass/Mic Echo button to toggle echo effect on or off.

X Bass Mode

To activate X Bass:

• Short press the X Bass/Mic Echo button once to boost sub-bass frequencies.
• Press again to return to normal mode.

This feature enhances low-end response, especially useful for outdoor environments or bass-heavy music.

LED Lighting Modes

To control lighting:

• Press the LED button to cycle through party lighting modes.
• Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn lighting off completely.

Troubleshooting tips:

• If lights are stuck or unresponsive, try a factory reset by holding the BT button for 8 seconds.
• Lighting syncs with music playback, so ensure audio is playing.

Waterproof Compartment

The rear compartment protects all input ports and controls. Always ensure it’s securely closed during use near water.
