The Gemini GEBX-100 True Wireless Earbuds offer a sleek, stemmed design with Bluetooth 5.4, intuitive touch controls, and a compact charging case. If you're experiencing issues with power, pairing, audio, or controls, this guide will help you resolve the most common problems quickly.
Problem: Earbuds Won’t Power On
- Make sure the charging case has battery.
- Confirm the earbuds are seated correctly in the case.
- Hold the touch pad for 3 seconds to manually power on.
Problem: Not Appearing in Bluetooth List
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Reset the earbuds by placing them back in the case, then removing them.
- Hold the touch pad for 5 seconds to power off, then 3 seconds to re-enter pairing mode.
Problem: Only One Earbud Working
- Place both earbuds in the case and close the lid.
- Wait 10 seconds, then remove both earbuds together.
- Ensure both are charged and powered on.
Problem: Poor Sound Quality or Dropouts
- Move closer to your device.
- Avoid interference from other electronics.
- Fully charge both earbuds and your device.
Problem: Won’t Connect After Pairing
- “Forget” GEBX-100 in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
- Restart your device and re-pair.
- Ensure no other device is currently connected to the earbuds.
