The Gemini GEBX-100 true wireless earbuds use Bluetooth 5.4 for fast, low-latency connections. If you're having trouble pairing or maintaining a connection, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Problem: Earbuds Won’t Enter Pairing Mode
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case.
- Wait for the LED indicators to flash (typically blue or white), signaling pairing mode.
- If no lights appear, place the earbuds back in the case and remove them again.
- Ensure the earbuds are charged—charge for at least 10 minutes before retrying.
Problem: Device Can’t Find “GEBX-100” in Bluetooth Settings
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Keep the earbuds within 10 meters of your device.
- If “GEBX-100” doesn’t appear, restart both the earbuds and your device.
- Try removing other paired devices that may be interfering.
Problem: Only One Earbud Connects
- Place both earbuds back in the case and close the lid.
- Wait a few seconds, then remove both earbuds at the same time.
- They should auto-pair with each other before connecting to your device.
- If the issue persists, reset the earbuds (see your manual for reset instructions, if available).
Problem: Audio Cuts Out or Connection Drops
- Stay within the recommended 10-meter range.
- Avoid physical obstructions or metal surfaces between the earbuds and your device.
- Close other apps or devices that may be using Bluetooth simultaneously.
- Fully charge the earbuds and case to ensure stable performance.
Additional Tips
- The GEBX-100 supports touch controls—accidental taps may pause or disconnect audio.
- If pairing issues persist, try resetting your device’s Bluetooth settings or test with a different device.
- For best results, keep the charging case battery topped up (250mAh capacity, USB-C charging).
