The Gemini GEBX-100 true wireless earbuds come with a compact charging case and USB-C fast charging support. If you're experiencing issues with charging, battery life, or power behavior, the tips below can help you get the most out of your earbuds.


Problem: Earbuds Won’t Charge

  • Make sure the earbuds are properly seated in the charging case.
  • Check that the case has sufficient charge—plug it in using the included USB-C cable.
  • If the earbuds don’t light up when placed in the case, clean the charging contacts with a dry cloth.
  • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter if the case doesn’t charge.

Problem: Charging Case Not Charging

  • Use a 5V USB-C power source (avoid low-power ports like some laptops).
  • Look for an LED indicator on the case to confirm charging status.
  • If no light appears, try a different cable or wall adapter.
  • Inspect the USB-C port for dust or debris.

Problem: Battery Drains Too Quickly

  • Fully charge both the earbuds and the case before use.
  • Avoid using the earbuds at maximum volume for extended periods.
