The BeatGrip Pro includes 8 RGB lighting modes, 3 EQ presets, and a built-in mic for hands-free calling. If you're having trouble with lighting, sound modes, or call clarity, here’s how to troubleshoot.

Problem: RGB Lighting Not Working or Cycling

  • Tap the Play/Pause button (⑤) to toggle lighting modes.
  • If lights don’t respond, ensure the speaker is powered on.
  • Lighting may be disabled in some EQ modes—cycle EQ to test.

Problem: EQ Modes Not Changing

  • Tap the EQ button (①) to cycle through:
    • Bass
    • Pure
    • Balanced
  • EQ mode is retained until manually changed.
  • EQ affects sound profile but not volume.

Problem: Callers Can’t Hear You Clearly

  • Speak directly toward the mic (Button ⑩ on the diagram).
  • Ensure the speaker is connected via Bluetooth.
  • Avoid using TWS or AUX mode during calls.

Problem: Mic Not Working or Switching to Phone

  • Double-press the Play/Pause button to switch to your phone’s earpiece.
  • Try a test call or voice memo to confirm mic input.
  • Reset the speaker if mic remains unresponsive.
