Gemini BeatGrip Pro – General Troubleshooting Guide

The Gemini BeatGrip Pro is a rugged, magnetic Bluetooth speaker built for outdoor use, featuring dual 15W RMS drivers, RGB lighting, and Bluetooth 5.4 with multi-link and TWS support. If you're experiencing issues with power, pairing, audio, or controls, this guide will help you resolve the most common problems.

Problem: Speaker Won’t Power On

  • Charge the speaker for at least 10 minutes using the included USB-C cable.
  • Hold the Power button (Button ⑤) for 2 seconds to turn it on.
  • If unresponsive, hold the button for 10–20 seconds to force a reset.

Problem: No Sound or Audio Dropouts

  • Ensure your device is within 10 meters of the speaker.
  • Remove any physical obstructions between the speaker and your device.
  • Confirm the speaker is powered on and connected via Bluetooth.
  • Try restarting both the speaker and your device.

Problem: Bluetooth Won’t Connect

  • Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (blue LED flashing).
  • On your device, select “Gemini BeatGrip Pro” from the Bluetooth list.
  • If needed, reset the speaker by triple-pressing the Play/Pause button (Button ⑤).
  • Try clearing the pairing history and reconnecting.

Problem: TWS Pairing Not Working

  • Power on both speakers but do not connect them to any device yet.
  • On one speaker, double-press the TWS button (Button ②) to initiate pairing.
  • Wait for the master unit to flash blue and the secondary to show solid blue.
  • Then connect your phone to the master unit via Bluetooth.

Problem: Multi-Link Not Working

  • Connect the first device to the speaker.
  • Disconnect Bluetooth from the first device (do not power off the speaker).
  • Connect the second device.
  • Reconnect the first device.
  • The LED will turn green to confirm multi-link mode.

Problem: Playback Controls Not Responding

  • Confirm the speaker is powered on and connected.
  • Retry button presses with correct timing:
    • Short press for volume
    • Long press for track skip
  • If still unresponsive, reset the speaker.

Problem: Speaker Powers Off Unexpectedly

  • If left unpaired for 10 minutes, the speaker will auto shut down to conserve battery.
  • Reconnect promptly to avoid this.

Problem: Battery Drains Quickly

  • Battery life varies based on volume and lighting mode:
    • 6–8 hours at 50% volume with lights on
    • 10–12 hours with lights off
  • Turn off RGB lighting to extend playtime.
  • Recharge fully using a QC3.0 or PD3.0 USB-C charger for best results.

Problem: Charging LED Not Showing

  • Red LED = charging; LED off = fully charged.
  • If no light appears, try a different USB-C cable or power source.
  • Check for debris in the charging port.

Problem: Call Mic Not Working

  • Ensure the speaker is connected via Bluetooth.
  • Speak clearly toward the mic (see Button ⑩ on the diagram).
  • Double-press the Play/Pause button to switch to your phone’s earpiece if needed.
  • Mic is not active in TWS or AUX mode.
