The BeatGrip Pro features a 4000mAh battery with USB-C fast charging and intuitive button controls. If you're having issues with charging, battery life, or button responsiveness, follow these steps.

Problem: Speaker Won’t Power On

• Charge the speaker for at least 10 minutes.
• Hold the Power button (Button ⑤) for 2 seconds to turn it on.
• If unresponsive, hold for 10–20 seconds to force a reset.

Problem: Battery Drains Too Quickly

• Battery life varies by volume and lighting:
  • 6–8 hours at 50% volume with lights on
  • 10–12 hours with lights off
• Turn off RGB lighting to extend playtime.
• Use a QC3.0 or PD3.0 charger for faster charging.

Problem: Charging LED Not Showing

• Red LED = charging; LED off = fully charged.
• Try a different USB-C cable or power source.
• Check for debris in the charging port.

Problem: Speaker Powers Off Unexpectedly

• If unpaired for 10 minutes, the speaker will auto shut down.
• Reconnect promptly to avoid this.
