Gemini BeatGrip Pro Bluetooth, Audio & Playback Troubleshooting
The BeatGrip Pro uses Bluetooth 5.4 for stable wireless audio and supports both TWS and multi-link pairing. If you're having trouble with pairing, audio dropouts, or playback controls, try the steps below.
Problem: Bluetooth Won’t Connect
- Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (blue LED flashing).
- On your device, select “Gemini BeatGrip Pro” from the Bluetooth list.
- If needed, reset the speaker by triple-pressing the Play/Pause button (Button ⑤).
- Clear pairing history and retry.
Problem: TWS Pairing Not Working
- Power on both speakers but don’t pair either to a device yet.
- On one speaker, double-press the TWS button (Button ②).
- Wait for the master unit to flash blue and the secondary to show solid blue.
- Connect your phone to the master unit.
Problem: Multi-Link Not Working
- Connect the first device to the speaker.
- Disconnect Bluetooth from the first device (do not power off the speaker).
- Connect the second device.
- Reconnect the first device.
- The LED will turn green to confirm multi-link mode.
Problem: No Sound or Audio Dropouts
- Ensure your device is within 10 meters of the speaker.
- Remove physical obstructions between the speaker and your device.
- Confirm the speaker is powered on and connected.
- Restart both the speaker and your device.
Problem: Playback Controls Not Working
- Confirm the speaker is powered on and connected.
- Use short presses for volume and long presses for track skip.
- If unresponsive, reset the speaker.
