Gemini GEBX-200 - Troubleshooting Guide

The Gemini GEBX-200 OWS Wearable Earbuds are designed for open-ear comfort, stable Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity, and intuitive touch control. If you're experiencing issues with power, pairing, audio, or charging, this guide covers the most common problems and how to resolve them.

Problem: Earbuds Not Powering On

Charge the earbuds in the case for at least 15 minutes.
Remove them from the case to auto-power on or press and hold the touch zone for 3 seconds.
If unresponsive, try a manual reset by holding the touch zone for 10–20 seconds.

Problem: Bluetooth Not Connecting

Ensure the earbuds are in pairing mode (red and blue lights flashing).
Select “GEMINI GEBX-200” in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
If pairing fails, reset the earbuds by triple-tapping the touch zone.
Move closer to your device and remove any physical obstructions.

Problem: No Sound or Low Volume

Increase volume using the triple-tap gesture.
Check your device’s audio output settings.
Ensure both earbuds are connected and synced.

Problem: One Earbud Not Connecting

Place both earbuds in the case, then remove them together.
If desynced, reset both earbuds and re-pair with your device.

Problem: Charging Case Not Charging

Try a different USB-C cable and power adapter.
Charge for at least 30 minutes before checking LED indicators.
Clean the charging contacts gently if earbuds aren’t charging in the case.

Problem: Short Battery Life

Lower playback volume to extend battery life.
Each charge provides up to 8 hours of music or 5 hours of calls.
The case provides 3–4 full recharges—ensure it’s fully charged.
