The Gemini GEBX-200 OWS Wearable Earbuds use Bluetooth 6.0 for fast, stable wireless connectivity. If you're having trouble pairing your earbuds or maintaining a connection, this guide will walk you through the most common issues and how to fix them.
Problem: Earbuds Not Entering Pairing Mode
- Quick Fix: Remove the earbuds from the charging case and wait for the red and blue lights to flash alternately. This indicates pairing mode.
- If lights don’t flash:
- Press and hold the touch zone on either earbud for 3 seconds to manually power on.
- Then press and hold for 6 seconds to reset and re-enter pairing mode.
Problem: Device Not Finding “GEMINI GEBX-200” in Bluetooth List
- Quick Fix: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or device.
- Try toggling Bluetooth off and back on.
- Restart your phone and retry.
- If still not visible:
- Reset the earbuds by placing them in the case for 10 seconds, then remove them again.
Problem: Only One Earbud Is Connecting

- Place both earbuds in the case.
- Remove them together and wait for them to sync before pairing.

- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the earbuds.
