The Gemini GEBX-200 OWS Wearable Earbuds feature intuitive touch zones on each earbud, allowing you to manage music, calls, volume, and voice assistants without reaching for your device. If you're experiencing issues or need a refresher on how the controls work, this guide will help.


Touch Control Overview

Each earbud includes a responsive touch zone. Common gestures include:

  • Single Tap (Either Earbud): Play / Pause music
  • Double Tap (Left): Play previous track
  • Double Tap (Right): Skip to next track
  • Triple Tap (Either): Volume down
  • Press & Hold (2 sec): Activate voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant)
  • Press & Hold (1 sec): Reject incoming call

Call Handling Functions

  • Answer Call: Single tap either earbud when a call is incoming
  • End Call: Single tap during an active call
  • Reject Call: Press and hold for 1 second
  • Switch to Phone Earpiece: Remove one earbud or disable Bluetooth on your device

Problem: Touch Controls Not Responding

  • Quick Fix:
    • Make sure your fingers are clean and dry.
    • Confirm the earbuds are powered on and connected via Bluetooth.
    • Tap using the pad of your finger—not your nail or fingertip edge.
    • If unresponsive, place the earbuds in the case for 10 seconds, then try again.

Problem: Call Audio Not Routing to Earbuds

  • Quick Fix:
    • Ensure “GEMINI GEBX-200” is selected as the active audio output in your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
    • Disconnect and reconnect the earbuds if audio defaults to the phone speaker.
    • Keep both earbuds in during calls for best results.

Additional Tips

  • Touch sensitivity may vary slightly between left and right earbuds.
  • Avoid accidental touches when adjusting the earbuds in your ears.
  • If call quality is poor, try repositioning the earbuds or switching to a quieter environment.
