GSBR-20 – USB & microSD Playback Troubleshooting

The GSBR-20 supports playback from USB flash drives and microSD (TF) cards, making it easy to enjoy music without a wireless connection. If you're experiencing issues with media playback, follow these steps to resolve them.

Problem: USB or microSD Device Not Recognized

• Make sure the device is inserted fully into the correct port.
• Use the rotary knob to cycle to the correct mode (USB or TF).
• Try removing and reinserting the device to refresh the connection.
• If the LED indicator doesn’t respond, test with a different USB or microSD card.

Problem: No Sound During Playback

• Confirm that the speaker is in USB or TF mode.
• Check the volume level on the speaker.
• Try navigating tracks using the Next/Previous buttons.
• Test the media device on a computer to confirm it contains playable MP3 files.

Problem: Files Won’t Play or Skip Unexpectedly

• Only MP3 files are supported. Other formats may not play.
