Gemini GBTX-500 – General Troubleshooting Guide

The Gemini GBTX-500 Premium Wireless Headphones deliver studio-quality sound with Bluetooth 5.0 and up to 7 hours of playback. If you're experiencing issues with power, pairing, audio, or controls, this guide will help you resolve the most common problems.

Problem: Headphones Won’t Power On
Make sure the battery is charged using the included USB-C cable and a 5V power source.
Check that the charging LED turns red when plugged in.
Try a different cable or port if the LED doesn’t light up.

Problem: Bluetooth Not Connecting
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
Disconnect any previously paired devices.
Put the headphones in pairing mode (Bluetooth LED blinks blue/red) and retry connection.
If prompted, enter passcode “0000”.

Problem: No Sound or Audio Dropouts
Confirm the headphones are properly paired and selected as the audio output.
Try adjusting volume using the Forward (>>) and Back (<<) buttons.
Switch to AUX mode to test wired playback.
Move closer to your device to reduce wireless interference.

Problem: Buttons Not Responding
Restart the headphones by powering them off and on.
Check for debris or damage around the control buttons.
Ensure the headphones are not in AUX mode, which may disable some Bluetooth controls.

Problem: Battery Not Charging or Charging Slowly
Use the included USB-C cable and allow 2–3 hours for a full charge.
Verify the red LED lights up during charging and turns blue when complete.
Avoid charging from low-power USB ports (e.g., some laptops or car adapters).

Problem: AUX Mode Not Working
Ensure the AUX cable is fully inserted into both the headphones and your device.
Playback should switch automatically to wired mode.
Use your device’s volume controls to adjust sound.
Disconnect the cable to return to wireless mode.
