Power on the headphones and confirm the Bluetooth LED is blinking blue/red.
Select “GBTX-500” from your device’s Bluetooth list.
If prompted, enter passcode “0000”.
Disconnect any previously paired devices before retrying.
Problem: Audio Cutting Out or Dropping
Stay within 10 meters of your device to maintain a stable connection.
Avoid using the headphones near metal surfaces or other wireless devices.
Try restarting both the headphones and your device.
Ensure the headphones are fully charged for optimal performance.
Problem: No Sound During Playback
Confirm the headphones are connected and selected as the active audio output.
Use the Forward (>>) and Back (<<) buttons to adjust volume.
Try switching to AUX mode to test wired playback.
Check your device’s media settings and volume levels.
Problem: AUX Mode Not Producing Sound
Ensure the AUX cable is securely connected to both the headphones and your device.
Playback should switch automatically to wired mode.
