How to set up the Gemini Sound BRS-130
The Gemini Sound BRS-130 is a handcrafted bamboo Bluetooth speaker with a 3" full-range driver and a passive radiator, rated at 12W RMS. Here is how to set it up and use each connection option.
What is in the box
- BRS-130 speaker
- USB charging cable
- AUX cable
Know the controls
On top of the speaker you will find the mic, an LED indicator, and four buttons: Mode/TWS, Previous/Volume Down, Play/Pause/Call, and Next/Volume Up. On the back panel you will find the Power button, the AUX port, the Micro USB charging port, the USB port, and a charging light.
Charge the speaker
Plug the included USB charging cable into an outlet or USB power source, then plug the other end into the Micro USB charging port on the back of the speaker. The charging light will let you know it is charging.
Pair over Bluetooth
- Press the Mode/TWS button.
- On your phone or device, open Bluetooth settings and locate "BRS-130" in the list.
- Select it to connect.
Play from USB or AUX
Insert a USB drive into the USB port and the BRS-130 will switch to USB play mode and start playback automatically. To use a wired source instead, plug a 3.5mm AUX cable into the AUX port and connect it to your source device.
Link two speakers with TWS
You can wirelessly pair two BRS-130 speakers together for a true left and right stereo pair.
- Turn on both speakers.
- Hold the Mode/TWS button on the speaker you want to set as the master and wait for the pairing alert.
Take calls hands free
The BRS-130 has a built-in mic, so it doubles as a speakerphone. When a call comes in, your music pauses automatically and resumes when the call ends. Use the Play/Pause/Call button to answer.
