Gemini GNV-60 – Bluetooth & TWS Pairing Issues

The Gemini GNV-60 speaker supports Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless streaming and TWS (True Wireless Stereo) pairing for stereo playback using two units. If you're having trouble connecting via Bluetooth or setting up TWS mode, try the steps below.

Problem: Bluetooth Not Connecting
Make sure the speaker is powered on—it enters Bluetooth mode automatically.
On your device, enable Bluetooth and select “GNV-60” from the list of available devices.
If prompted, confirm the pairing request.
If the speaker doesn’t appear, press and hold the Play/Pause button to reset the connection.
Try turning Bluetooth off and back on again on your device, then retry pairing.

Problem: Bluetooth Disconnects Frequently
Stay within 10 meters (30 feet) of the speaker for a stable connection.
Avoid placing the speaker near metal surfaces or other wireless devices that may cause interference.
Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged—low power can affect signal strength.
Restart both the speaker and your device to refresh the connection.

Problem: TWS Pairing Not Working (Stereo Mode)
Make sure both GNV-60 speakers are powered on.
Press the TWS button on both speakers at the same time.
Wait for the speakers to connect to each other—this may take a few seconds.
Once paired, connect your phone or device to only one of the speakers via Bluetooth.
A confirmation tone will play, and audio will stream in stereo across both units.
If pairing fails, power off both speakers and try again.

Problem: Audio Only Playing from One Speaker in TWS Mode
Ensure both speakers are fully charged.
Repeat the TWS pairing process, making sure both units are in Bluetooth mode before pressing the TWS buttons.
Disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth connection from your device.

Additional Tips

  • TWS mode only works in Bluetooth mode—not with AUX, USB, or FM.
  • If you switch modes or power off one speaker, TWS pairing will be lost and must be re-established.
  • For best results, keep both speakers within 10 feet of each other during pairing.
