The Gemini GBTX-200 headphones include a built-in microphone and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) to improve voice clarity during calls. If you're experiencing issues with call quality or mic performance, here are steps to help resolve them.
Problem: Callers Can’t Hear You Clearly
- Make sure the microphone is not obstructed by clothing, hair, or accessories.
- Speak directly toward the mic area located on the earcup.
- If using Bluetooth, ensure the headphones are properly paired and connected.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth connection to refresh the audio channel.
Problem: Poor Audio Quality During Calls
- Move closer to your device to reduce signal interference.
- Avoid using the headphones in areas with heavy wireless traffic or metal surfaces.
- Restart the headphones and reconnect to your device.
- If the issue persists, test the mic using a voice recording app to isolate the problem.
Problem: Microphone Not Working at All
- Confirm the headphones are powered on and connected via Bluetooth.
- Check your device’s input settings to ensure the GBTX-200 is selected as the active microphone.
- Try using the headphones with a different device to rule out software conflicts.
- If using AUX mode, note that the microphone may not function depending on the cable and device.
Problem: ENC Not Reducing Background Noise
- ENC is active during Bluetooth calls but may not eliminate all ambient sounds.

- The multifunction button can be used to answer, hang up, reject, or redial calls.
- Double-clicking the button while connected via Bluetooth will redial the last number.
