GBTX-200 – Bluetooth Pairing Connection Issues
Gemini GBTX-200 – Bluetooth Pairing & Connection Issues
The Gemini GBTX-200 headphones use Bluetooth 5.4 for fast, stable wireless connections. If you're having trouble pairing or maintaining a connection, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Problem: Headphones Won’t Enter Pairing Mode
- Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator flashes blue.
- If the LED stays red or doesn’t flash, charge the headphones for at least 10 minutes and try again.
- Restart the headphones and attempt pairing again.
Problem: Device Can’t Find “GBTX-200” in Bluetooth Settings
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Keep the headphones within 10 meters of your device.
- If “GBTX-200” doesn’t appear, restart both the headphones and your device.
- Try removing other paired devices that may be interfering.
Problem: Headphones Are Already Paired to Another Device
- The GBTX-200 can connect to two devices, but may prioritize the most recent.
- Disconnect or unpair from any previously connected device.
- Restart the headphones and re-enter pairing mode.
Problem: Audio Cuts Out or Connection Drops
- Stay within the recommended 10-meter range.
- Avoid physical obstructions or metal surfaces between the headphones and your device.
- Close other apps or devices that may be using Bluetooth simultaneously.
Additional Tips
- The LED indicator will flash blue during pairing and remain solid blue when connected.
- If pairing issues persist, try resetting your device’s Bluetooth settings or test with a different device.
