G2V, G4V: My serial number is not working for Virtual DJ
If your serial number is not working when you try to activate Virtual DJ LE, you are probably entering the wrong number. To activate Virtual DJ LE, use the provided license key, not the G2V or G4V hardware serial number.
You can find the license key on the provided CD sleeve or on the software install card.
How to tell the two numbers apart
- Virtual DJ LE license key: a long string of numbers and letters.
- Hardware serial number: all numbers with a single letter.
Enter the license key from the CD sleeve or install card, and the activation will go through.
