Problem: Callers Can’t Hear You Clearly

• Make sure the microphone is not obstructed by clothing, hair, or accessories.
• Speak directly toward the mic area located on the earcup.
• If using Bluetooth, ensure the headphones are properly paired and connected.
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth connection to refresh the audio channel.

Problem: Poor Audio Quality During Calls

• Move closer to your device to reduce signal interference.
• Avoid using the headphones in areas with heavy wireless traffic or metal surfaces.
• Restart the headphones and reconnect to your device.
• If the issue persists, test the mic using a voice recording app to isolate the problem.
