GSM-100 troubleshooting
If your GSM-100 USB microphone isn't working the way it should, run through these steps before you reach out to us. Most issues come down to a connection or a setting.
- Check that the microphone is plugged all the way into your computer or laptop with the USB cable.
- Make sure the GSM-100 is selected as your input device in your system audio settings or your software's preferences.
- Confirm the volume control knob on the microphone isn't muted and is turned up.
- Look over the microphone and the USB cable for any damage or signs of interference.
