Cannot connect my Bluetooth device to my speaker
If your phone or tablet will not pair with your Gemini Sound speaker over Bluetooth, run through these checks first. They clear up most connection problems in a minute or two.
Check these before you pair
- Put the speaker in Bluetooth mode. Every model is a little different, so check your user manual for the exact steps to switch your speaker into Bluetooth mode.
- Set the volume to a normal listening level on both the speaker and the Bluetooth device you are streaming from.
- Make sure your Bluetooth media player (phone or tablet) has Bluetooth turned on and is sending a signal.
Once the speaker is in Bluetooth mode and both devices are ready, open the Bluetooth settings on your phone or tablet, find your Gemini speaker in the list, and tap it to connect.
