Gemini GNV-60 – General Troubleshooting Guide

The Gemini GNV-60 is a portable Bluetooth party speaker with powerful sound, LED lighting, and multiple playback options. If you're experiencing issues with power, connectivity, audio, or controls, this guide will help you get back to the music.

Problem: Speaker Won’t Power On
Make sure the battery is charged using a 5V/2A USB-C adapter.
Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn the speaker on.
If the speaker still doesn’t power on, try a different charging cable or power source.

Problem: No Sound
Increase the speaker volume using the + button.
Check the volume on your connected device (Bluetooth or AUX).
Ensure the correct playback mode is selected (Bluetooth, AUX, USB, etc.).
Try switching to a different input source to isolate the issue.

Problem: Bluetooth Not Connecting
Turn on the speaker—it will enter Bluetooth mode automatically.
On your device, select “GNV-60” from the Bluetooth list.
If pairing fails, press and hold the Play/Pause button to disconnect and retry.
For stereo playback, press the TWS button on two GNV-60 units to pair them.

Problem: AUX or USB Playback Not Working
Ensure the AUX cable or USB drive is fully inserted.
The speaker should auto-switch to the correct mode when media is inserted.
Use the Mode button to manually cycle through playback options if needed.

Problem: FM Radio Not Receiving Stations
Insert an AUX cable into the AUX port to act as an FM antenna.
Press and hold Play/Pause to auto-scan for stations.
Use the – and + buttons to skip between stored stations.

Problem: Distorted Sound
Lower the volume on your AUX source if distortion occurs.
Avoid maxing out both the speaker and source device volume simultaneously.
Ensure the speaker is not placed near other electronics that may cause interference.

Problem: LED Lights Not Responding
Tap the Light button to cycle through lighting modes.
Press and hold the Light button to turn LEDs on or off.
Ensure the speaker is powered on and not in a low-battery state.
