Gemini GBTX-200 – Charging & Battery Performance Issues

The Gemini GBTX-200 headphones offer up to 54 hours of wireless playback and support fast charging via USB-C. If you're experiencing issues related to charging or battery performance, try the steps below.

Problem: Headphones Won’t Turn On
Make sure the battery is charged.
Try using a different USB-C cable and charging source.
Check for debris in the charging port.

Problem: Battery Drains Too Quickly
Ensure the headphones are fully charged (charging time is 1–2 hours).
Lower the volume to extend battery life.
Use wired mode when possible to conserve power.
Avoid using the headphones in extreme temperatures.

Problem: Fast Charging Not Working
Use a certified USB-C cable and a power source that supports fast charging.
Fast charging activates when the battery is low—if the battery is full, it won’t trigger.
Try charging for 10 minutes and check if playback time improves.

Problem: Inconsistent Battery Life
Battery performance may vary based on volume level, Bluetooth range, and usage type (calls vs. music).
Stay within 10 meters of your device for optimal Bluetooth efficiency.
Avoid frequent switching between Bluetooth and AUX modes during use.

Problem: LED Indicator Not Showing Charging Status
Red LED should appear during charging.
If no light appears, try a different cable or USB port.
Inspect the USB-C port for dust or damage.
