Gemini GBTX-200 – Audio Playback & Sound Quality Issues
The Gemini GBTX-200 headphones are designed to deliver crisp, full-range sound whether you're using Bluetooth or AUX mode. If you're experiencing issues with audio playback or sound quality, here are steps to help resolve them.
Problem: No Sound
- Confirm the headphones are powered on and connected to your device.
- Check that the volume is turned up using the (+) button.
- Make sure your device is actively playing audio and not muted.
- Try switching between Bluetooth and AUX mode to isolate the issue.
Problem: Low Volume
- Use the (+) button to increase volume.
- Check volume settings on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- If using AUX mode, ensure the cable is fully inserted and the source device is functioning properly.
Problem: Distorted or Muffled Sound
- Restart the headphones and reconnect to your device.
- Try a different audio source or app to rule out software issues.
- If using AUX mode, test with a different cable.
- Avoid using the headphones at maximum volume for extended periods.
Problem: Audio Delay or Sync Issues
- Bluetooth 5.4 offers low latency, but some apps may introduce delay.
- Close background apps that may be using Bluetooth.
- For real-time audio (e.g., gaming or video calls), consider switching to AUX mode.
Additional Tips
- The GBTX-200 uses 40mm drivers with 98dB sensitivity for balanced sound.
- Audio quality may vary depending on your device’s Bluetooth codec support.
- Keep the headphones within Bluetooth range and avoid interference from other electronics.
