GSM-100 troubleshooting

If your GSM-100 USB microphone isn't working the way it should, run through these steps before you reach out to us. Most issues come down to a connection or a setting.

  • Check that the microphone is plugged all the way into your computer or laptop with the USB cable.
  • Make sure the GSM-100 is selected as your input device in your system audio settings or your software's preferences.
  • Confirm the volume control knob on the microphone isn't muted and is turned up.
  • Look over the microphone and the USB cable for any damage or signs of interference.

If none of that fixes it, get in touch with customer support and we'll help you sort it out.
