GMU Series: What is the audio bit rate?

The GMU Series wireless systems have a bit rate of 24bits.

XGA Series: The fan on my XGA amp is running all the time, is this right?

Yes, in order to protect your amplifier from overheating, the XGA Series amps have an internal fan that is always running when the unit is powered on.

GMU-G100: How long does the charge last for this model?

Roughly 7 hours

GMU-G100: If I want to run two guitars do I just need another transmitter?

No, these are single channel systems, need to purchase another set.

GMU Series: How do I know if my receiver is fully charged?

When charging, the battery LED will be lit in GREEN. Once fully charged the LED will turn off.

DRP-1: How do I play all of my recordings stored on the DRP-1?

While in play mode, if you press and hold the play button you will be given the option to play one or play all. Select the play mode you want and press play.

ZRX Series: What is the DSP switch for?

The DSP switch offers three EQ presets that control the performance of the ZRX-S15P or ZRX-S18P.

XGA Series: Can I connect speakers to both the speakon and banana clip outputs?

Technically, yes, but it is very important that you make sure your impedance load (ohms) does not exceed the amplifier's capabilities.

XGA Series: How do I change the fuse on my XGA series amplifier?

The fuse is located adjacent to and directly underneath the main power jack. Be sure to replace it with a fuse with the same rating.

AS-TOGO Series: How do i know how much battery charge is left on my speaker?

On the back panel near the bottom, there is a battery meter that will indicate the remaining charge and charging status.

AS-TOGO Series: Can AS-TOGO Series Speakers be used for Live Performance and Karaoke?

Yes, the AS-TOGO speakers have inputs for a microphone and guitar, each with dedicated volume control and an echo effect for live performance and karaoke use.

AS-TOGO speakers can play music from various sources, including Bluetooth, FM Radio, USB stick or SD card (MP3, WAV & FLAC), and auxiliary inputs.

Yes, the AS-TOGO series speakers can be mounted using a pole mount with a 35mm socket or flown using the M8 Fly Points.

AS-TOGO: HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH BATTERY CHARGE IS LEFT ON MY SPEAKER?

My mic volume's output is extremely low

  • Ensure all vol me knobs and faders are set to a proper listening level
  • Make sure you are connecting your wireless receiver to a MIC input
  • Check all batteries

Where do I plug my microphone into my powered speaker?

If you are plugging a microphone into a powered speaker that accepts mic inputs...Ensure that you connect the microphone into the MIC IN. Connecting to a LINE level input will not let the microphone perform correctly.

Which input should I use for an MP3/CD Player on my powered speaker?

Always use the LINE in input on your powered speakers for LINE auxiliary devices such as MP3 players and Smart Phones.

AS-08BLU: Will my AS-08BLU play songs from an SD card or USB drive?

Yes, you can play media via the SD Card and USB ports on the back of the unit.

DRP-1: What file systems does the DRP-1 support?

Your USB or SD cards must be formatted in either FAT or FAT32. Other file systems (for instance, exFAT or HFS+) are not supported.

ES-15TOGO: Will my ES-15TOGO play songs from SD card or USB drive?

Yes, playback is available via Bluetooth, USB, or SD card.

AS-TOGO Series: How much power does the speaker have?

AS-08TOGO = 500 Watts Peak

AS-10TOGO = 1000 Watts Peak

AS-12TOGO = 1500 Watts Peak

AS-15TOGO = 2000 Watts Peak

PA-SYS15: HOW DO I CONNECT MY SPEAKERS TOGETHER?

In the PA-SYS15 package, one speaker is power, and the other one is passive. Connect your speakon cable to the amp out on the powered speaker and the input on the passive speaker.
