The Gemini GEBX-200 earbuds come with a USB-C charging case that provides up to 3–4 full recharges, extending total playback time to over 24 hours. If you're experiencing issues with charging or battery life, this guide will help you troubleshoot and optimize performance.

Problem: Earbuds Not Charging in the Case

• Quick Fix: Make sure the earbuds are seated properly in the charging slots.
• Check for dust or debris on the charging contacts—clean gently with a dry cloth.
• Confirm the case has sufficient battery power (see LED indicators below).

Problem: Charging Case Not Charging

• Quick Fix: Try a different USB-C cable and power adapter.
• Make sure the cable is fully inserted into the port.
• If the red LED doesn’t turn on while charging, leave it plugged in for 30+ minutes and check again.

Problem: Case LED Not Lighting Up

• Quick Fix: The LED may be off due to a fully drained battery.
• Charge the case for at least 30 minutes before checking again.
• If still unresponsive, test with a known working cable and power source.

Problem: Short Battery Life

• Quick Fix: Lower the playback volume—high volume drains battery faster.
• Avoid using the earbuds in extreme temperatures.
