Domestic Shipping Policy
Processing Time for Shipments
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During high-volume periods, there might be slight delays. We'll inform you via email or phone if your order is significantly delayed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping fees are calculated and shown during checkout.
- Free shipping for orders $50 or over.
- For orders under $50, shipping is $5.00.
- Orders over 50 pounds incur a $100.00 shipping fee.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery takes 4-6 business days.
- Overweight items (50 pounds or more) may take 4-8 business days.
Note: Shipping is limited to addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays may occur.
Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- All P.O. Box orders will be automatically canceled.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
- Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Gemini Sound is not responsible for customs, duties, or tax fees incurred during or after shipping. These are the customer's responsibility.
Damages
- Gemini Sound is not liable for damages or losses during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
