The SOSP-8 is built for long-lasting performance, but battery and charging issues can occasionally occur. This guide covers how to identify and resolve common power-related problems.
Battery Not Charging
Quick Fix:
- Use the included DC power adapter and ensure it’s securely connected to both the speaker and a working outlet.
- Check the charging port inside the sealed rear compartment for debris, corrosion, or moisture.
- Make sure the speaker is powered off while charging for best results.
- Allow up to 4 hours for a full charge.

Battery Draining Quickly
Quick Fix:
