Gemini GSP 2200 Series – Bluetooth & TWS Pairing Troubleshooting

Both the GSP-2200 and GSP-L2200PK speakers support Bluetooth® streaming and True Wireless Stereo (TWS) pairing. This guide walks through how to connect your device, link two speakers, and resolve common pairing issues.

Bluetooth Pairing with a Device

Quick Fix:

• Power on the speaker and ensure it’s connected to AC power.
• Press the MODE button on the back panel until the speaker enters Bluetooth mode. You’ll hear a tone indicating it’s ready to pair.
• On your phone or tablet, go to Bluetooth settings and select “Gemini GSP Series” from the list of available devices.
• No PIN is required. Once connected, you’ll hear a confirmation tone.
• If the speaker doesn’t appear, turn Bluetooth off and back on on your device, then retry.
• To disconnect, press the MODE button again.

TWS Pairing Between Two Speakers

Quick Fix:

• Power on both GSP 2200 Series speakers and ensure they are in Bluetooth mode.
• On the speaker you want to use as the primary unit, press the BT LINK button.
• Then press the BT LINK button on the second speaker.
• You’ll hear a tone confirming the speakers are now linked in stereo mode.
• TWS pairing only works between two GSP 2200 Series speakers (GSP-2200 or GSP-L2200PK).
• If pairing fails, power cycle both units and retry the process.

NFC Pairing (if supported by your device)

Quick Fix:

• Enable NFC on your phone or tablet.
• Tap your device near the NFC zone on the speaker’s control panel.
• Follow the on-screen prompt to complete pairing.

Common Fixes for Persistent Pairing Problems

• Reset the speaker by powering it off and on.
• Forget the “Gemini GSP Series” from your device’s Bluetooth list and re-pair.
• Ensure the speaker is not already paired with another device.
• Avoid pairing in areas with heavy wireless interference.
• Make sure both speakers are within 30 feet of each other for TWS pairing.
