This article explains how to use and troubleshoot the BeatOrb’s playback controls, including volume, track navigation, call handling, and LED behavior.
Problem: Buttons Not Responding
Ensure the speaker is powered on.
Hold Power for 10–20 seconds to reset if unresponsive.
Try pressing buttons firmly and directly.
Playback Controls:
- Play/Pause: Short press Power
- Volume Up/Down: Short press + / –
- Next/Previous Track: Long press + / –
- TWS Pairing: Double press Power
- Disconnect Bluetooth: Triple press Power
Call Controls:
- Answer/Hang Up: Short press Power
- Reject Call: Double press Power
- Privacy Mode (transfer to phone): Double press Power
LED Behavior Reference:
- Blue flashing: Pairing mode
- Blue solid: Connected
- Red solid: Charging
- Red flashing: Low battery
- LED off: Fully charged
