This article explains how to use and troubleshoot the BeatOrb’s playback controls, including volume, track navigation, call handling, and LED behavior.

Problem: Buttons Not Responding
Ensure the speaker is powered on.
Hold Power for 10–20 seconds to reset if unresponsive.
Try pressing buttons firmly and directly.

Playback Controls:

• Play/Pause: Short press Power
• Volume Up/Down: Short press + / –
• Next/Previous Track: Long press + / –
• TWS Pairing: Double press Power
• Disconnect Bluetooth: Triple press Power

Call Controls:

• Answer/Hang Up: Short press Power
• Reject Call: Double press Power
• Privacy Mode (transfer to phone): Double press Power

LED Behavior Reference:

• Blue flashing: Pairing mode
• Blue solid: Connected
• Red solid: Charging
• Red flashing: Low battery
• LED off: Fully charged
