The BeatGrip Pro includes 8 RGB lighting modes, 3 EQ presets, and a built-in mic for hands-free calling. If you're having trouble with lighting, sound modes, or call clarity, here’s how to troubleshoot.
Problem: RGB Lighting Not Working or Cycling
- Tap the Play/Pause button (⑤) to toggle lighting modes.
- If lights don’t respond, ensure the speaker is powered on.
- Lighting may be disabled in some EQ modes—cycle EQ to test.
Problem: EQ Modes Not Changing
- Tap the EQ button (①) to cycle through:
- Bass
- Pure
- Balanced
- EQ mode is retained until manually changed.
- EQ affects sound profile but not volume.
Problem: Callers Can’t Hear You Clearly
- Speak directly toward the mic (Button ⑩ on the diagram).
- Ensure the speaker is connected via Bluetooth.
- Avoid using TWS or AUX mode during calls.
