TT-900: How to replace/install the cartridge

Remove the needle from the cartridge

1. Prepare: make sure the turntable is powered off and unplugged.
2. Position: place a small screwdriver at the tip of the stylus (needle).
3. Push down: gently push the screwdriver downward, as shown by direction "A" in the diagram.
4. Pull forward: remove the stylus by pulling it forward while pushing down.

Install the stylus

1. Prepare: hold the new stylus by its tip.
2. Insert: insert the stylus into the cartridge, pressing as shown by direction "B" in the diagram.
3. Lock into place: push the stylus upward, as shown by direction "C", until it locks securely into position.

Tips

• Handle the stylus with care. It's a delicate component.
• Make sure the stylus is properly aligned and securely locked before you play a record, or you'll run into playback issues.
